We understand that each individual and business will handle its record keeping differently. Some want to do their own record keeping, others just want to hand their receipts over to focus on the business or just don't have the time. With this in mind we have prepared the following packages to assist businesses with their record keeping and tax reporting.   

Sole Trader Bookkeeping & Tax Package £600 per year


Entry level bookkeeping and tax package for sole-trader includes:


  • Receipts categorized and recorded
  • Scanned and kept digitally to assist you meet your record retention obligations (once recorded original copy receipts will be destroyed. If you would like to keep the original copies we can return these to you).
  • Business bank account statements reviewed to ensure all expenditure has been recorded (especially important for those times a receipt isn't printed)
  • Profit and loss account prepared
  • Tax Return completed and submitted. We will advise on possible elections such as options to claim accelerated capital allowances and the effect this will have on tax payments, claiming motor expenses based on actual cost or the mileage basis etc.
  • No additional charge for simple phone queries. For example when considering purchasing a new vehicle or expensive equipment. (If the query requires specific considered advice we will agree any fees with you before carrying out the work).
  • We are happy to complete the work every 3 months or annually. If you require a monthly process please discuss this with us.


All you need to do is keep all receipts and pass these to us as soon as the period has finished. If receipts are received via email these can be forwarded to us when you receive them or at the end of the period.


Please note:

The entry level bookkeeping and tax package is designed for sole-traders that are not VAT registered. If you are a partnership or Limited company please see pricing for these services. If you are VAT registered please contact us to discuss this.

Bank account must be an account solely used for business (personal transactions increase the volume of transaction queries and time required). 

Tax Return is based on only source of income being from the sole trade. If additional sources of income need to be reported such as property income, employment or pension income, investment etc. additional fees will be charged for these. If you have any questions on this please contact us to discuss your requirements. 



Partnership Bookkeeping & Tax Package £900 per year


Entry level bookkeeping and tax package for partnerships includes:


  • Receipts categorized and recorded
  • Scanned and kept digitally to assist you meet your record retention obligations (once recorded original copy receipts will be destroyed. If you would like to keep the original copies we can return these to you).
  • Business bank account statements reviewed to ensure all expenditure has been recorded (especially important for those times a receipt isn't printed)
  • Profit and loss account prepared
  • Tax Return completed and submitted for the partnership and 2 partners (if you have more than two partners please contact us to discuss additional fee for this). We will advise on possible elections such as options to claim accelerated capital allowances and the effect this will have on tax payments, claiming motor expenses based on actual cost or the mileage basis etc.

Limited Company Bookkeeping & Tax Package £1,520 per year


Entry level bookkeeping and tax package for Limited Companies includes:


  • Receipts categorized and recorded
  • Scanned and kept digitally to assist you meet your record retention obligations (once recorded original copy receipts will be destroyed. If you would like to keep the original copies we can return these to you).
  • Business bank account statements reviewed to ensure all expenditure has been recorded (especially important for those times a receipt isn't printed)
  • Statutory accounts prepared
  • Company Tax Return and personal returns for up to two directors completed and submitted (if you have more than two directors please contact us to discuss additional fee for this). We will advise on possible elections such as options to claim accelerated capital allowances and the effect this will have on tax payments.
  • Filing Accounts with Companies House
  • Completing annual Confirmation Statement with Companies House
  • Monthly payroll for up to two employees. 
  • No additional charge for simple phone queries. For example when considering purchasing a new vehicle or expensive equipment. (If the query requires specific considered advice we will agree any fees with you before carrying out the work).
  • We are happy to complete the work every 3 months or annually. If you require a monthly process please discuss this with us.

If Benefits in Kind are provided to employees additional reporting is required. Please inform us of the benefits provided to receive a quote for this service. 



For VAT registered businesses the packages start from:


  • Sole Traders £840 per year


  • Partnerships £1,300 per year


  • Limited Companies £1,920 per year
